Payment Terms

  • Full Payment: Most tours and services require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with booking details.

Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair for both travelers and our partners.

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund (minus transaction fees, if applicable)
  • 3–7 days before the tour: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel the tour due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will be offered:

  • An alternative date or tour
  • Or a full refund

Modifications

Requests to change the date or details of your booking must be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.
